FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ORDERS PLACED ONLINE FOR DELIVERY ON MONDAY - SATURDAY.

AFTER ENTERING SHIPPING ADDRESS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SELECT BETWEEN NEXT DELIVERY OPTIONS:

STANDARD DELIVERY MON-SAT (BETWEEN 9 AM AND 7 PM) - FREE! 

BUSINESS HOUR DELIVERY (BEFORE 4:00 PM) - Extra fee

MORNING DELIVERY (BEFORE 12:00 PM) – Extra fee

EVENING DELIVERY (AFTER 5:00 PM) - Extra fee

 **IF YOU WISH TO PLACE YOUR ORDER OVER THE PHONE, A $10 CHARGE APPLIES.

 IF WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE DELIVERY IN THE REQUESTED TIME FRAME WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. 

TO QUALIFY FOR SAME-DAY DELIVERY, YOU MUST PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE THE FOLLOWING TIMES:

• 1:00 PM on that day - for residential area delivery.
  10:00 AM - for business area (guaranteed delivery until 4PM).
  11:00 AM Saturday - for Saturday and Sunday deliveries.
• For all other orders, the delivery will be made the next day.
• Same Day Delivery is not available on Sunday in Grande Prairie

 HERE IS HOW OUR DELIVERY PROCESS WORKS:

• No recipients are called unless the customer instructs us to.
• If nobody is home and the weather allows, the flowers are left on the doorstep.
• If it is too cold, rainy, or windy for the flowers to be left outside they are left with the neighbors.
• If no next-door neighbors are available, the arrangement is returned to the shop and is re-delivered the next day for extra $10.
• We will try to send you delivery confirmation within 24 hours of your order's delivery.
